Refund Policy

(1) Use of the test-your-iq service supposes that the Customer has previously signed up. It is free to sign up and take the IQ test. Customers thus conclude a free contract with test-your-iq based on these General Terms and Conditions. To receive the results of the IQ tests there is a charge of 3.90 € including VAT. Once payment has been made, customers have access to the customer interface, enabling them to invite friends by email to take the IQ test. Results are also available on the customer interface. Customers can compare and rank results. This service is invoiced at 39,90 € a month including VAT for a minimum of 3 months. At the end of the three months, the service is renewed by tacit agreement and can be cancelled easily by contacting the customer service or in clicking on the unsubscribe link.

(2) By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, the customer accepts the conclusion of the above-mentioned contract and cannot dispute the fees this generates. If the Customer wishes to cancel their subscription, they should simply contact customer service via the "Customer service" link in the customer interface. Request for termination can be made with three months prior notice from the date of the request and only if the date of cancellation takes places after the three months of contract related to the validation of the contract and/or the general terms and conditions. If the customer cancels their contract during the first three months of the contract, the request will be taken into account at the end of the obligatory three-month period.

3 - Conditions of use

(1) The subscription acquired by the Customer must not be shared with other persons and is not transferrable. The Customer agrees not to grant access to other persons to the service either voluntarily or through negligence.

(2) The Customer must inform test-your-iq without delay of any modifications to their personal data that are necessary for the delivery of the service provided for by the contract: this is notably valid for modifications of the date of validity of the credit card or bank details that are used in relation to the service.

(3) The Customer agrees to respect the obligation of discretion. The Customer is forbidden, without the author's explicit prior authorisation, to establish, propagate, publish or transfer in any way whatsoever to a third party or to make accessible:

(4) The Customer agrees to use the services offered for private purposes only, i.e. for no other purpose than personal communication. Any form of commercial or industrial use of the service platform is forbidden. This implies, notably but not exclusively, that the service must not be used for publicity or to offer goods or services or to transfer/propagate the data of a third person.

(5) The Customer agrees to respect the conditions of use for the protection of other test-your-iq customers. The Customer is forbidden to use the test-your-iq service in an abusive way. This especially but not exclusively implies that the Customer is not authorised to:

• violate human rights or dignity and/or the general individual rights of other customers, to issue or propagate illegal files or other materials on the profile of a customer via the test-your-iq service (notably including defamatory or pornographic material or material that is damaging to their reputation)
• contact customers with fraudulent intent - dispose of other customers in any way whatsoever or to harass them in any way whatsoever

(6) The Customer agrees not to undertake anything that may disturb or endanger the proper operation or the uninterrupted accessibility of the test-your-iq service in any way whatsoever. This especially but not exclusively implies:

• sending bulk messages
• saving files, software or other corrupt data in the Customer profile or the propagation of these via this service
• saving any material (images, text, software, etc.) that may violate the intellectual property of a third party and/or for which the Customer cannot provide proof of user rights in a customer profile or its propagation via the service

(7) test-your-iq may check any information and material stored in the Customer profiles that may be the object of unacceptable and illicit use. test-your-iq may also check the respect of the above-mentioned conditions and/or the compatibility with a valid special right as well as the guarantee of uninterrupted operation and availability of the service. However, test-your-iq is not obliged to do so. In the case of an observed violation, test-your-iq is authorised to delete or modify each item of information and material as well as to block access. In case of doubt, test-your-iq has the right to take the final decision concerning the acceptability of the use in question. Unauthorised use of the test-your-iq service may be liable to civil or penal punishment.

(8) The Customer agrees to send any communications to test-your-iq either by email to the addresses mentioned on the internet sites or by post, unless in these conditions other means of contact have been expressly given to the Customer via the internet site. test-your-iq will generally send communications to connected customers via a screen template. test-your-iq may also contact the Customer via the email indicated in the profile.

(9) The Customer has read and accepts that any content that they upload to the test-your-iq site may be viewed by the members appearing on its list of recommendations even if the other members have subscribed to Interdate services through other websites belonging to the company or its partners.

(10) The Customer has read and accepts that test-your-iq may send messages in their name in order to familiarise them with the platform and to enter into contact with other members. The customer may disable this feature in their profile at any time.

4 - Cancellations and refund policy

(11) Since all Services are in digital form only, by agreeing with these terms of service the User confirms that he/she understands that the Services shall be considered as delivered to the User from the moment when a particular digital content (i.e. access to test-your-iq games service, certificate of the test results) become available to the User.

(12) In accordance to the provisions of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the protection of consumers, by agreeing to these Terms You confirm that You understand that digital content (test certificate) that had been made available to You may not be canceled and returned to the Provider. The Provider is not obliged to make any refunds for any cancellations of Services which were delivered to the User prior cancellation unless these Terms state otherwise.

(13) If you purchase the test-your-iq, you will be charged for the amounts and subscribtion shown in the checkout page. You may cancel your subscription any time by just click on the unsuscribe link available on the home page of tthe website or in your customer service interface.

(14) If you decide to cancel your subscription, no problem, you can do it anytime by clicking the unsubsribe link available on the home page or in your customer interface. By clicking this link , you just have to fill up your email adress that you used for the opening of your account and then, automaticly, your subscribtion will be stopped, and you’ll reveive an email that confirm the annulation of yur subscribtion, so we will stop the recurring payments and not charge you anymore. Keep in mind that you can easily cancel your current subscribtion at any time and you will be abble to use our services till the end of monthly timeline but it is understood under these conditions that you will not be able to request a refund of the sums previously paid in relation to the date of cancellation of your subscription.
