IQ innate or learned?
Are we born with certain fixed faculties and entirely dependent on what nature has bestowed upon us? Alternatively, are we bestowed with a certain foundation at birth that we can further develop or, on account of our own irresponsibility, lose?
It is a bit of both. The reason is that every person‘s intelligence various from that of others.
