Any unauthorised use of the website or any of the elements it contains will be considered as forgery and will be subject to the legal provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability

WikiWeb LTD cannot be held liable for any direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the test-your-iq website and resulting from either the use of equipment that does not respect the specifications given under point 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

WikiWeb LTD cannot be held liable for indirect damage (for example, the loss of a contract or the loss of an opportunity) following the use of the test-your-iq website.

7. Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected under law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

The following information may be gathered when using the test-your-iq website: the URL of the links via which the user has accessed the test-your-iq website, the user's access provider, and the user's internet protocol (IP) address.

WikiWeb LTD only collects personal information concerning users for the needs of certain services offered on the test-your-iq website. 9. Cancellation and refund policy.

Given that all services are in digital form only, by accepting these terms and conditions the user confirms that they understand that the services will be considered as being supplied to the user from the moment a specific digital content (test score certificate or access to the test system) is made available to the user. In compliance with the provisions of European Parliament directive 2011/83/EU and the Council directive of 25 October 2011 concerning consumer protection, the user confirms that they understand that the digital content made available to them cannot be cancelled and returned to the service provider. The service provider is not obliged to refund cancellations of services that have not been provided to the user before cancellation.

Users can terminate their subscription at any time at no additional cost. In this case, the user will only be asked to pay for the services that have been agreed before cancellation. In order to process the cancellation, the user must fill in a cancellation form on the website or send an email to the service provider (email address: info@test-your-iq.co.uk) with the following information: the user must write "Contract cancellation" in the subject line and the body of the message must contain a name, a first name and an electronic address.

If the user cancels their subscription as indicated in clause of the above conditions, the user can request a refund for the month during which the user presents a request for cancellation, on condition that the user has already paid the subscription fees before the cancellation. In order to commence a refund procedure, the user must fill in a request form on the website or send an email to the service provider (email address: info@test-your-iq.co.uk) with the following information: the user must write "Refund request" in the subject line and the body of the message must contain a name, a first name and the electronic address used to send the certificate of IQ results and the user's bank details.

All the user's notices concerning the cancellation of services or refund requests must be processed by the service provider within 14 days of reception.

10. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning the use of the test-your-iq website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts in Paris.
